Chicken Feta Spinach Burgers:
- 1 lb ground chicken (I used 92%)
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/3 cup feta, crumbled
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- Cooking oil
Instructions
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, spinach, feta, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and mayonnaise. Lightly mix to combine.
- Form Patties: Divide the mixture into 5 equal patties, making an indent in the middle of each.
- Cook: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add oil, and cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 155-160°F. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- To evenly divide the meat, use a plastic-lined measuring cup. If using frozen spinach, thaw and remove excess water. Different cooking methods included: grilling, baking, or air frying.
