Chicken Breasts:
- 4 chicken breasts

- 1 teaspoon salt, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Spinach Filling:
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh spinach
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Prepare chicken: Drizzle oil over chicken breasts. In a small bowl, combine paprika, 1/2 teaspoon salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season both sides of the chicken with this mixture.
- Make filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan, mayonnaise, spinach, garlic, red pepper flakes, and remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- Stuff chicken: Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and fill with the spinach mixture.
