Units Scale

Main Ingredients

    • 1 package Stove Top stuffing (any flavor)
    • 1 cup hot water
    • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
    • 1 cup cold water
    • 2 large eggs, beaten

Gravy

  • 2 packets brown gravy mix (divided use)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the stuffing mix: In a medium-sized bowl, add the stuffing mix and 1 cup of hot water. Let sit for 5 minutes until the mixture is hydrated.
  2. Prepare the ground beef mixture: In a separate bowl, mix 1 package of brown gravy mix with 1 cup cold water. Add the ground beef, the mixed gravy, and beaten eggs. Mix everything together thoroughly.
  3. Combine stuffing and beef mixture: Once the stuffing has cooled and sat for at least 5 minutes, incorporate it into the ground beef mixture. Make sure everything is evenly combined.
  4. Prepare the bundt pan: Grease a bundt pan generously with non-stick spray. Press the ground beef mixture into the pan evenly.
  5. Bake the meatloaf: Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 45-55 minutes or until the meatloaf is no longer pink inside.
  6. Rest and prepare gravy: Allow the meatloaf to rest for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the second package of brown gravy according to the package instructions.
  7. Serve and enjoy: Invert the meatloaf onto a serving plate and pour the prepared gravy in the center. Serve with mashed potatoes or your favorite side dish of choice.
