For the Strawberry Sorbet:

- 2 tsp lemon juice or zest of 1 lemon

Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Remove the stems from the strawberries and freeze them if not already frozen.
- Blend the Ingredients: In a high-speed blender, combine the strawberries, sugar, lemon juice or zest, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
- Create the Sorbet: If using a high-speed blender, the sorbet is ready. If using a regular blender, let the mixture thaw slightly before blending until smooth. For a traditional ice cream texture, transfer the mixture to an ice cream machine and churn as per the manufacturer’s instructions.
