- 2 1/2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons sweet pickle relish (or dill pickle relish)
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- dash of fresh black pepper

- Boil the Eggs: Boil a pot of water. Gently add 6 large eggs and boil for 12 minutes. Drain and transfer to an ice bath for 30 minutes.
- Peel the Eggs: Crack the egg, remove the shell, and carefully peel off the membrane. Slice eggs in half lengthwise.
- Prepare the Filling: Remove yolks, mash with mayonnaise, relish, mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Fill the Eggs: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika.
- Serve: Enjoy your delicious deviled eggs!
Notes
- For easier peeling, use older eggs.
- Experiment with different garnishes like chopped chives or bacon bits.
