  • 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tsps Greek Seasoning plus extra!
  • 1 Tsp Paprika plus extra!
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Yellow Onion, chopped

For the Salad:

  • 1 Package Gluten-Free Pasta (around 8 cups)
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Greek Yogurt
  • 2 cups Tomatoes
  • 4 cups Romaine Lettuce, Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Grass-Fed Butter

Instructions

  1. Cook the Ground Beef: In a pan, cook the beef with chopped yellow onion and olive oil. Season with Greek seasoning, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Prepare the Pasta: Boil the gluten-free pasta according to package directions. Add the hot pasta to a bowl and top with the cooked ground beef and Greek yogurt.
  3. Assemble the Salad: Sprinkle Greek seasoning over the salad. Add the lettuce and tomatoes.
  4. Finish with Seasoned Butter: Melt the butter, mix in paprika and Greek seasoning. Drizzle the seasoned butter over the salad. Sprinkle more Greek seasoning on top.
