- 2 Tsps Greek Seasoning plus extra!
- 1 Tsp Paprika plus extra!
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup Sweet Yellow Onion, chopped
For the Salad:
- 1 Package Gluten-Free Pasta (around 8 cups)
- 1/2 cup Fresh Greek Yogurt
- 2 cups Tomatoes
- 4 cups Romaine Lettuce, Chopped
- 1/4 cup Grass-Fed Butter
Instructions
- Cook the Ground Beef: In a pan, cook the beef with chopped yellow onion and olive oil. Season with Greek seasoning, black pepper, and paprika.
- Prepare the Pasta: Boil the gluten-free pasta according to package directions. Add the hot pasta to a bowl and top with the cooked ground beef and Greek yogurt.
- Assemble the Salad: Sprinkle Greek seasoning over the salad. Add the lettuce and tomatoes.
- Finish with Seasoned Butter: Melt the butter, mix in paprika and Greek seasoning. Drizzle the seasoned butter over the salad. Sprinkle more Greek seasoning on top.
