  • 2 cups fresh watermelon cubes
  • 12 mint leaves plus more for garnish
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup honey simple syrup
  • Lime sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Make the Maple Simple Syrup: Combine equal parts maple syrup and water in a small saucepan. Heat to a low simmer and cook for about five minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and let cool. Store in the fridge.
