Instructions

  1. Prepare the Whipped Cream: In a mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup pink lemonade mix and heavy whipping cream. Whip on high speed until the cream thickens and stiff peaks form.
  2. Prepare the Lemonade: In two glasses, add 1 tablespoon of pink lemonade mix to each glass and pour 3/4 cup water into each. Stir well to mix. Add ice cubes to fill about 2/3 of each glass.
