Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips, heavy cream or condensed milk, and vanilla extract together.
- Heat and Stir: Heat the mixture in the microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval to ensure the chocolate melts evenly and does not burn.

- Shape Truffles: Once chilled, scoop out small portions of the firm mixture and roll them into balls with your hands.
- Dip in Chocolate: Dip each ball into the melted white chocolate, then immediately sprinkle or roll in your choice of toppings before the coating sets.

- You can customize toppings according to your preference or omit them entirely for a smooth finish.
- Store leftover truffles in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days to maintain freshness.
- Use a cookie tray lined with wax paper to make cleanup easier and prevent sticking.
